  • All purchases are non-refundable.

  • Class credits and memberships must be used within their active billing cycle.

  • Credits do not roll over, and unused sessions expire at the end of your billing period.

  • Once a booking or payment is made, we are unable to refund, transfer, or extend credits

 Membership Policy

  • By enrolling in a membership, you are committing to a 3-month minimum term.

  • Memberships are auto-renewed based on your start date (ex: start on the 1st → renews every 1st; start on the 15th → renews every 15th).

  • Memberships cannot be canceled or refunded during the 3-month contract period.

  • Please ensure you use your sessions within your monthly cycle, as unused credits will not carry over to the next month.

 Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, set up your reformer, and get comfortable.

  • We offer a 5-minute grace period.

  • Arrivals later than 5 minutes cannot join the class for safety and to respect other clients’ time.

  • Our classes are 45 minutes long, and we cannot shorten the experience for punctual clients.

 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Classes are non-refundable, but you may reschedule within 12 hours of your class time.

  • After 12 hours, changes are considered late cancellations.

Fees

  • Late Cancellation (within 12 hours): $15 fee

  • No-Show: $15 fee

These fees help protect our instructors’ time and ensure fairness to all clients.

Recording & Content Creation Policy

We love that you want to capture your Pilates journey and share your progress — however, we prioritize the comfort and privacy of every member in our studio.

Recording is allowed under the following conditions:

  • You may film only yourself and not other members without their explicit permission.

  • If others appear in the background, their faces and bodies must be blurred to protect their privacy.

  • Please film in a corner or designated area where no one is directly behind, next to, or around you.

  • Recording must be done in a way that does not disrupt the class, instructor, or overall flow.

  • Tripods or large filming setups must be approved by staff and placed safely.

Any violation of privacy may result in the recording being stopped or future filming privileges removed.

Attire & Safety Policy

  • Athleisure/activewear required for safe and effective movement.

  • Gripping socks are mandatory for all classes.

    • Available for purchase at the studio.

  • Bring water to stay hydrated.

  • Optional: Bring a small towel to wipe sweat if needed.
